How can I return a product bought from a local seller?

Keep the tags undetached/ accessories and other promo offered items should be unused; product should be in perfect condition as it was delivered. Used product will not be accepted at any case. Please check whether your product is eligible for return/ replacement on the product page. If your product falls on replacement category we can only replace you with an available one (subject to availability with the seller).

You may return the product within 2 days after the delivery date. Customers may be charged for return shipping.

How to return apparels?

Returning apparels (like T-Shirts, Trousers and Jeans etc.), kindly make sure the brand tags, MRP Tags and other tags are undetached, and product should be in absolute perfect condition as it was delivered. We cannot process return for used product or tag removed product.

Can I communicate with sellers directly for returns?

You may reach your seller through our Entiremartâ„¢ Customer Support. However, any transactions happening outside the Entiremartâ„¢ environment will not be related to us. Please make sure you make your communication through our channels.

How to return grocery items?

Used or opened grocery items will not be processed for returns or replacement. Proper verification on the size, quantity and other specifications will be done before making any refund or replacement. Charges for pick-up will be applicable.

Are there return pick-up charges on products?

For wrong products delivered from our end, there will be no return pick-up charges. Other forms of pick-ups can be chargeable.
